These terms govern your use of zuhraglobal.com and any purchase you make from us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
This site is operated by ZUHRA GLOBAL PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated in India. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to that company. “You” refers to you.
Who can buy from us
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. By placing an order you confirm that you are.
Our products
We sell cosmetic skincare products. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours and textures may appear slightly different on your screen to how they look in person.
Every product’s ingredient list is published on its page and printed on the pack. Please read it before use, particularly if you have known sensitivities. We recommend patch testing before first use.
Prices
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST.
We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at checkout when you place it.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it. We will tell you if that happens.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.
We may decline or cancel an order, and will refund you in full if we do. Reasons include the product being out of stock, a pricing or listing error, a delivery address we cannot ship to, or a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or resale activity.
Orders are prepaid. We do not offer cash on delivery.
Delivery
We ship across India. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns and refunds
Our Returns and Refunds Policy forms part of these terms. In summary: unopened products with the seal intact may be returned within 7 days of delivery, and anything damaged, faulty or incorrect is replaced or refunded at our cost.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Your account
If you create an account, keep your login details to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed it.
Acceptable use
Please do not use this site to do anything unlawful, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or copy it systematically, to resell our products without our written agreement, or to submit content that is false, offensive or infringes someone else’s rights.
We may suspend or refuse service to anyone who does.
Our content
The ZUHRA name, logo, product names, photography, text, design and the overall look of this site belong to us or are used by us under licence. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.
Content you submit
If you send us a review, photograph, comment or any other content, you confirm it is your own and true, and you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with our business.
We publish reviews honestly. We do not write, buy or edit reviews to make them more favourable, and we do not delete a review simply because it is critical.
Links to other sites
We sometimes link elsewhere. We are not responsible for what is on those sites.
Liability
We do our best to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural events, strikes, courier disruption, power or network failure, or government action.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. The date at the top tells you when this version took effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
