Where we ship
We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on
Sundays or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery
Most orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days of dispatch. Remote locations may take
longer. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not
guaranteed.
Tracking
You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves us.
If you have not received it within 3 business days of placing your order, write to us.
Payment
All orders are prepaid. We do not offer cash on delivery.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before confirming your order. We are not
able to redirect a shipment once it has been handed to the courier. Orders returned to
us because of an incorrect address, or because nobody was available to receive them,
can be reshipped at the customer's cost.
Damaged shipments
If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph it before opening and write to us
within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the order at our cost.
